Reality check#2 pgs 108-194

Cody knew Clea and him were done but he still had feelings for her and couldn't stand the fact that she might be in danger so he decided to go on the hunt for her. He ended up getting a little letter in the mail from Clea which just talked about her time in Dover and that she misses him, and the date on the letter was the day before she went missing. Cody wrote up a quick little vague note to his dad saying that he would be gone for the next couple of days and that he would be looking for a job. He packed up his things along with a couple hundred dollars and started heading towards Vermont in his car. A few days later he finally made it to Dover. When he went to the school he found the barn right near the woods where she went missing in, where there were a whole bunch of police and search crews. Cody started going on the search for her into the woods and ended running into some of Cleas new friends from Dover Academy. So Cody joined them and he asked some questions about Clea pretending he knew nothing about her to see what kind of relationship they had with her. As they continued on their search it started to snow and they kept talking and Cody found out that one of the boys he was with was Cleas new boyfriend. Clea never told Cody anything about this in her letter and he started to feel a little sad and even jealous at Cleas new boyfriend. After a few hours of searching for Clea they found no clues that could help lead a trail for where Clea may have gone they all headed back home and Cody found a cheap house right by campus.
As I read the next part of this book I realized that the pace is going much slower then the first section of the book with nothing really significant happening. They went want a search and came back with nothing. I also did not understand why Cody would not tell the Dover academy kids who he really was and where he was from. I am very curious as to what will happen next in the story.
